Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy

Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Keep in mind that late arrivals will not receive an extension of time for your scheduled service and will be charged the full amount.
